Positions: Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Officers at Snow City Singapore, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our unique winter-themed attraction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract visitors, increase brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive visitor footfall and revenue growth.
2. Identify target markets and segments, and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential customers.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
5. Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential partners to drive group bookings and collaborations.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
7. Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing techniques to ensure Snow City Singapore remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven one (1) year experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the tourism or entertainment industry.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver persuasive presentations.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
6. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
10. A passion for the tourism and entertainment industry, with a keen interest in winter-themed attractions.
