Responsibilities
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project success
- Propose IT solutions that meet business objectives, digitalize key operational processes, and drive digital ops.
- Communicating project status to stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and senior management
- Responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery.
- Monitor the technology roadmap for periodic upgrades and work with respective business users to implement changes required.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and suppliers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in IT project delivery and Vendor Management based on Agile methodologies.
- PMP certified + Agile Scrum Master is preferred.
- Strong IT experience, preferably in the domain of Analytics.
- Build and manage an end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress.
- Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, with agreed cost and quality.
- Deliver projects and lead the planning and implementation of multiple BI and data analytics projects like MSBI, Tableau, Qlik, Azure and ETL.
