Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Responsible for the accounting function and monthly closing for the holding company
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns for the holding company
- Review Payment vouchers and online payments for 2 overseas entities.
- Preparation of ISF and intercompany billing to intercompany.
- Process holding company payments and handling staff claims.
- Holding company cash forecast and consolidate group cash forecast.
- Update month exchange rate into the accounting system.
- Supports the Finance Director/Regional Finance Manager on Group financial reporting and analysis as assigned.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of working experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and ERP systems
- Meticulous with numbers, a keen eye for details, technically strong with sharp business acumen.
- Great team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys learning, enthusiastic, focused, high integrity and committed to do your best.
- Written and spoken Mandarin proficiency is necessary for effective communication with customers, associates and counterparts in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Must be able to start in August 2024.
