KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Gather and stay up to date on competitors’ social media activities
- Create social media content in various format (Images, videos, infographics, stories, reels) that align with the brand.
- Manage social media accounts and communities. This includes planning, scheduling, executing, moderating, and responding to messages, comments and reviews.
- Analyse and report campaign performance
- Analyse social media performance
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and policies.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels promptly
- Craft compelling captions for post
- Create simple graphic artwork
- Assist with other ad-hoc marketing duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in video editing software/apps (Capcut, InShot or Premiere Pro)
- Proficient in design software/apps (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
- Commit 3 days a week
- Have a keen eye for videography
- Passion for social media content creation
- Good knowledge and exposure to trends
- Proficiency with social media platform (e.g Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
