We are looking for a Test Analyst who is responsible to lead the testing of software/applications to ensure they function accordingly to specifications and clients' requirements to meet the business needs. Conducts testing using preferred organizational practices & established processes contained in the Test Methodology to ensure test objective of the project is met.
· Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design
· Min 9 years of testing experience in IT industry
· Good exposure of software development life cycle & software testing life cycle processes
· Hand on experience in Web Application Automation testing tools – Selenium, Java, Cucumber frameworks, Jenkins, Maven, UFT, POM, Module driven.
· Prefer to have Mobile Application Automation testing tools – Appium & Eggplant
- Expertise in Defect Management Tool (ALM & JIRA)
-Complete understanding of QA methodologies, expertise in different kinds of testing like functional testing, system testing, system integration testing, regression testing, database testing, web service service testing and automation testing for the various online applications and their enhancements along with bug tracking.
· Recommend and use automated testing tools where appropriate and adopt test standards and testing methodology.
· Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design.
· Strong expertise in preparation of test scenarios, Test conditions, Test cases and Test execution.
· Advise project team on design consideration to facilitate meeting of requirements
· Prepare and ensure readiness of test bed and test environment to carry out the test execution and execute test in accordance to the test design.
· Analyze test results and work with respective teams to resolve issues such as defect open and resolution rate, etc
· Be certified in the testing area is an advantage
· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
