Our Client:
Our Client is a prestige beauty that originated in Italy. We seek a regional sales coordinator (4 Months contract) to assist the Area Manager in its missions through various operational & back-office areas in the Travel Retail business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with TR operators on sales and operational issues, review and propose monthly sales orders based on store trends and stock availability, assign and allocated FOC collaterals per order.
- Work closely with Customer Service team on PO and shipment to reach monthly sales budget, handling client issues, ensure shipment compliance with retailer’s requirement and smooth transit to stores.
- Assist the Area Manager on forecasts and regular follow-up on invoicing vs. Forecasts and Targets
- Keep track and monitor Trade Opex and A&P budget of the region, including PO creation to the vendors, ensure timely submission
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with fluent written & spoken English, Mandarin/ Cantonese fluency is a plus
- 2-5 years relevant experience in Travel Retail, knowledge in Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and self-motivated
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills, detail oriented with retail mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint
