Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Admin Manager.
• Process orders with a focus on the foreign markets.
• Generate various sales documents, including quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, statements of assurance for Singapore products, internal and external purchase orders, and Ringisho (in-house approval system).
• Independently manage shipping and documentation from overseas
• Handle and manage Letters of Credit (LC) after shipment of orders.
• Monitor and update customer payments.
• Arrange machine deliveries to customers.
• Assist in coordinating the company’s open house events and exhibitions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing and negotiation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
