Reporting to the Head of Business, this position is responsible for management, leadership and profitability of the Group’s casual Japanese dining restaurants in Singapore. The ideal candidate shall lead the team and manage P&L and operational aspects of the brands to drive sales performance and develop the brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 2 or more brands and over 20 outlets’ business and operations
- Lead, manage and train the operation teams
- Uphold high quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality of all brands and outlets
- Manage P&L with control and efficiencies and ensure effective profitability and ROI
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of operational experience in Food and Beverages
- Degree, Diploma or tertiary education in Business Management or related fields
- Track record operations and P&L management experience
- Knowledge on Japanese food culture will be an advantage
- Possess strategic thinking to anticipate issues, develop solutions and track performance
- Business travel might be required
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart).
