Summary
The Compliance, Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Safety, Security and Compliance in the day-to-day administration and operations of Quality Management System.
Reporting to Head of Safety, Security and Compliance, he/she will work closely with all the departments in dnata Singapore.
In the absence of the Head of Safety, Security and Compliance, he/she will cover the duties and responsibilities relating to Quality and Compliance
Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Implement, maintain and continuously improve on the Quality Management System
▪ Assist in company and business unit in ensuring that the doctrine/ quality processes comply to Company’s Standard, Customer Requirement, Local statutory regulations, and International Air Transport Association (IATA) Standards
▪ Monitor and ensure all company documentation are in line with dnata Documentation System Standards
▪ Monitor the accessibility and dissemination of all airline’s customer manuals to stakeholders
▪ Lead quality assurance program to ensure the operations follow standards
- Plan and conduct annual internal audit with qualified auditors annually for business units and contractors.
- Plan schedule and conduct inspections for the company via d-auditor tool
▪ Review work process and workflow to improve operational effectiveness and meet the KPI
▪ Lead in facilitating external audits with stakeholders and monitor corrective and preventive measures (accreditation ISO 9001 and ISAGO & Airline Station Audits)
▪ Analyze and prepare data from audits, compliance checks or other areas as requested for management reporting
▪ Facilitate with HQ on projects (dnata hub modules) as part of continuous improvement
▪ Support and assist on workplace incident investigation (if required)
▪ Review and update corporate management manual and implement solutions to resolve quality issues
▪ Support departments assigned in company’s Crisis Management Plan
▪ Perform any other duties as and when assigned
▪ Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Requirements
▪ Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Aviation Management from a recognized tertiary institution
▪ Minimum 10 years of working experience in managing Quality Management System preferably in airline or aviation services
▪ Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISAGO and with experience in audits
