Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices and standards for Salesforce deployments, conducting regular quality reviews.
- Efficiently manage and allocate resources, optimizing team performance and project schedules.
- Develop and manage P&L statements for Salesforce projects, monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
- Engage with key stakeholders to align project goals with business needs and provide regular updates.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Salesforce deployment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities.
- Ability to apply Salesforce solutions to meet industry-specific challenges.
- Project management skill, financial management skill, thorough understanding of data management, and governance.
