Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring payment schedules of term contracts of various entities (OPEX / CAPEX) and service providers
- Handle budget administrative work including tracking and fiscal forecasting
- Plan and monitor accruals for the department, assisting requestors and liaising with Finance team
- Provide support in processing of invoices including liaising with vendors
- Manage tenant and landlord utilities billing
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Willing to take on ad hoc duties supporting the Facilities Management team such as Fire Evacuation Exercise and ground deployment
- Well versed in Microsoft Office and strong administrative follow up
