Job Description
- Record and assist with customer's orders
- Enter sales orders into POS, delivery order or company's system
- Prepare packing lists
- Collect payment from customers
- Ensure timely collection of customers' payments
- Support sales team in handling portfolio of customers
- Handle phone calls, check mailboxes, maintain office supply
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Attention to detail and precise in work
- Able to read and write simple English and Mandarin
- Ability to use Point of Sales (POS) system will be an advantage
- Good attitude and customer oriented
- Able to multi task and adapt in a fast-paced non-office environment
- 6 days work week: Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm
Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre
