Make an Impact by:
- Direct and manage a team of Associate Engineers to ensure the successful deployment of indoor mobile infrastructure solution solutions and software enhancement projects. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and project excellence.
- Plan, execute and oversee the deployment of indoor site deployment and software enhancement projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project director, project sponsor, and management. Deliver timely and accurate reports on project status, milestones, risk assessment and make informed decisions.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets and ensuring the availability of equipment and materials.
- Maintain consistent and open communication with all project stakeholders, including building owners, team members and vendors. Provide regular updates and progress reports to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and technological advancements. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions that enhance network performance and drive project success.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrate flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Posses a strong passion for mobile technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to technology changes and meeting business requirements with aggressive deadlines.
- Resourcefulness, analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and decision-making capabilities to effectively manage projects across various departments and business units.
