Job description/ Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and tabulating reports (Work Permit spreadsheet)
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order.
- Office general administration duties such as photocopying, filing, archiving, scanning of doc, etc.
- Support department operations
- Any other ad-hoc related duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel including Pivot table / Vlookup
