Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Luxury Furniture Installer to join our team. The Luxury Furniture Installer will be responsible for delivering and installing high-end furniture pieces in upscale residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install furniture items such as desks, chairs, tables, cabinets, and shelves according to specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of furniture assembly techniques and tools.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy furniture pieces and equipment.
- Assemble and install luxury furniture pieces such as sofas, dining tables, beds, cabinets, and bespoke furnishings.
- Ensure all installations are executed according to manufacturer guidelines, blueprints, and client specifications.
- Inspect furniture for quality and craftsmanship before installation; report any issues or damages to management.
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and clients to coordinate installation schedules and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum O'level or higher education
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay to effectively communicate with clients
- Previous experience in residential or commercial furniture installation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to furniture installation.
