• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

1. Learn how to be proficient in sales presentation and sales closure through careful negotiation and timely follow-up.
2. Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing promotions, sharing of market intel, customers feedback, and requirements.
3. Communicate effectively among inter-departments to successful service delivery.

Requirements/Preference/Details:
- Good skill in communication.
- Outgoing, Spontaneous character with a good attitude.
- Fast learning & ability to adapt to fast pace environment.
- Friendly/approachable character.
- Direct Sales experience added advantage.
- In Renovation/home fittings environment preferred.
- **Must possess Class 3 driving license/own vehicle.** Outdoor Sales
- Must be eager for sales/ training provided.
Mainly sales targets are condo owners, contractors, designers, dealers.
