Indoor Sales Specialist
- $2200 - $2700
- Work hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- Location: 2mins walking distance from Commonwealth mrt station
- With performance bonus
Job Scope:
- Attend and follow up on sales order enquiries.
- Supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process
- Provide product information, pricing, and answer questions about products or services
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals,
- Processing of order entry and attending to customer’s requirements
- Provide feedback on customers’ opportunity and after sales support
- Work closely and coordinate with other departments to achieve set targets
- Provide Support in all sales and marketing activities.
- Build and enhance customer relationship with existing customers base
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills
- Perform others related sales duties when required
Requirement:
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong interest in sales and proving solution.
- Proficiency in using IT and computer skills (MS Office)
- Fresh graduates are welcome as no experience is required and progressive training will be provided
