Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the bank’s business objectives and growth plans.
2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Set performance standards and evaluate team effectiveness in meeting recruitment goals.
3. Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with bank executives and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each department.
5. Employer Branding: Enhance the bank’s employer brand and reputation in the job market. Implement innovative marketing and outreach strategies to attract top candidates.
6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Implement feedback mechanisms to improve engagement and satisfaction.
7. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. Develop strategies to attract a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive work environment.
8. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and metrics for executive review and decision-making.
9. Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and operations.
