Job Description:
- Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained,
- Attend to various requests from all walk-in and call-in customers
- Handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
- Receive goods and maintain a daily record of all mail and deliveries received
- To assist in printing services for all staff including printing / photocopy worksheets, circulars, notes and other materials required
- Any other general administrative work and front desk duties assigned by Admin Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE O-level certification or equivalent
- Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry
- Meticulous and organized
- Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with experience in administrative and customer services.
- A team player with a pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills
Commitment Period:
- 1 August 2024 to 31 December 2025 (17 months)
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Working Location:
Ang Mo Kio/ Bishan/ Thomson
