Jobs Responsibilities
- Assists in the Individual Life Insurance Services – Premium Management Team on all transactional processing functions
- Manages the premium collection of insurance policies for all lines of business in the company for all modes of payment – Interbank GIRO, AXS, Internet Banking, CPF (OA, SA, Medisave), SRS, Telegraphic Transfer, credit card, cash, etc.
- Includes receipting, cashiering, agent/merchant bank negotiation/liaison, CPF Board arrangement, Interbank GIRO arrangement, offshore bank arrangement
- Managing the process & systems to achieve operational efficiencies and service excellence
Job Requirements
- Min. 1-2 years of insurance operations experience
