Job Description:
- Provides office and administrative support.
- Support Service Operations
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service
- Providing advice on repair services and updates
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Generating reports as required by Management
- Monitor and track technician progress and performance to meet the turnaround time and service-level agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, technician assignments, and service outcomes.
- Perform adhere tasks as required by Management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, technical coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a particular expertise in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and various other Excel functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- This position is open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Resident
Work Schedule:
The work location is subject to the schedule and arrangement within the department and includes two possible locations:
i) First Location:
-Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
ii) Second Location:
-Full Shift: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM
-Morning Shift: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
-Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM
- Both locations operate on a 5-day week.
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- The locations are conveniently close to MRT stations.
