Accounts Executive (Financial & management reporting)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

1. Management reports:

• Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,
• Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow,
• Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation,
• Monitor prepayment schedules and prepare amortisation slips.

1. Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips.
2. Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries. Audit schedules, for instance, but not limited to accounts receivable, prepayments, other assets, completed project listing and leases.
3. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

• Prepare GST and file GST returns to IRAS,
• Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries,

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.
• Analytical thinking, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to deadline set.
