• Manage CEO’s calendar, organize meetings and travel plans, correspondences (emails, text messages, calls, social media)
• Organize publicity campaigns, charity events, media and internal communications
• Support business development department in printing materials, create marketing strategies, plans and budget; manage social media campaigns and platforms
• Assist in project analysis and presentations/ proposals/ summaries, clarify project / proposal details with other business partners
• Liaise with company secretary, lawyers and bankers, and conduct checks on all related documents
• Financial analysis and planning, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, budget and forecast to facilitate management decision making
• Assist in preparation and review of financial reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheet; cashflowforecast, quarterly/annual regulatory reports and applications; management of expenses and expenditures; other reports as required
• Liaise with government agencies, external auditors, financial institutions, tax agents, legal and compliance officers, and business partners and drive their performance
• Prepare notification and forms related to any and all material changes to the company as required by government agencies
• Maintain and ensure compliance according to statutory requirements, internal controls, compliance manual, financial procedures, accounting standards, as well as all relevant legislation, regulations, directions, notices and guidelines
• Develop, streamline and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;make recommendations for improvement on effectiveness
/ efficiency where necessary
• Execute CEO’s business goals and objectives
• Be a strong team player; build up the team and capacity of other members
• Co-ordination with inter-departmental or external parties
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years full time work experience; Masters or Bachelor degree fresh graduates may apply
● Relevant academic background: Business Admin/ Finance & Accounting/ Marketing/ Economics/ Commerce/ HR/ IT
● Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
● Ability to build relationships with Management & staff in all departments, high EQ to understand other people’s requirements
● Grasp concepts fast and think of creative solutions to solve Management’s problems
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to enhance efficiency
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment
● Independent worker, personal drive to succeed and excel, “can do” attitude, willing to accept new concepts and willing to try new things
● Ability to manage vendors and the outcomes they produce, according to Management’s priorities / goals
