Responsibilities
• Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
• To perform estimation for variation submission
• Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
• Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
• Perform measurements for quantities
• Evaluation of price comparison
• Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
• Monitoring of project variations
Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma In Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
