- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Plan staff work schedule
- Attend meetings
- Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales target are met.
- Conduct outdoor road shows to promote company’s products and services.
- Provide information on promoted service/ products.
- Distribute flyers/ samples.
- Must be responsible in being professional when promoting.
- Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure the working areas are clean at all times.
- Responsible in setting up pre-roadshow and pack items neatly before closing and after roadshow ends.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
