Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and monitor movements of goods in and out.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Project teams to ensure timely equipment delivery to sites.
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently.
- Inspect delivered goods and coordinate shipments.
- Maintain accurate records including inventory levels, incoming and outgoing goods, reservations, and aged stock.
- Prepare equipment for shipment and manage loan units.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to manage inventory.
- Evaluate logistics operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control related to logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Provide backup for delivery duties when required or in absence of drivers.
- Conduct bi-annual stock-taking and ensure zero discrepancies during year-end stock-taking.
- Resolve logistics issues promptly and effectively.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Hold a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 2-3 years of successful experience as a Logistics Officer, Logistics Coordinator, or similar position.
- Possess knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proficient in the use of logistics software and tools.
- Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Display capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Uphold high integrity standards.
- Must effectively manage stressful situations.
- Need to carry heavy equipment.
