Job Description
Responsible for the coordination of new cases seen at the SpecialKids Child health & Development Clinic, through the following processes:
- Registration of new cases -> sending out of intake forms
- Screening of intake forms -> identify the needed services
- Vanderbilt Rating Scales
- Ages & Stages
- Collation of all external reports and forms with confirmation for first consultation
- Coordination of all associated assessments. e.g. SLT/OT/psych assessment
- Go through intake screening forms
- check for missing info and complete it
- score forms
- Post-consultation, streamline into EIP cases and non-EIP cases for further action.
- Registering and scheduling patients for appointments
- Answering phone calls and attending to enquiries
- Follow up on patient-care
- Maintaining Filing System
- Carrying out any administrative duties related to functioning of the clinic
Working Days: 5.5 days
Monday to Friday(Office Hours ),
Saturday ( Office Hours 0.5 day )
Job Requirement:
- Minimum: GCE N / O levels / ITE certificate/ Diploma
- With clinic or customer service experience preferred. Applicants with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. On-the-job training will be provided
- Proficient in basic computer programs
- Customer service oriented
