What does an Operations Manager do at Hogarth?


We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee business and operational support functions, IT infrastructure, system maintenance, IT setup, and team management specifically for our operations in the Thailand market. Fluency in Thai is essential for effective communication with local stakeholders and teams.


  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage IT systems and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating with IT teams as necessary.
  • Implement IT policies and best practices.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems for reliability and performance.Upgrade systems as needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate IT setup for new offices or expansion projects.
  • Oversee installation and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Ensure smooth transition and integration of IT systems.
  • Manage and lead operational and IT teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members.
  • Understand market dynamics and operational requirements specific to Thailand.
  • Collaborate with local teams to tailor strategies and operations to local market needs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong IT background with experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in Thai and English languages, with excellent communication skills to partner with local counterparts
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
