Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to oversee human resources and administrative tasks in our construction/renovation company. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and hiring
- Coordination of manpower resources for projects, including collaboration with external companies
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Time shift arrangement and management
- Performance management and disciplinary actions
- Compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support for project management teams
Requirements:
- HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
