Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm),
Saturday (8.30am – 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised services to manage enquiries on schemes and services
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
- Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum A-level or Diploma in any field or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with Customer Services is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft and other computer skills.
- Good communication skills, independent and meticulous.
- Preferably able to start work within short notice.
