Client is doing plant rental services, festive decoration, plants for event and landscaping projects for businesses and industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential property, retail and education.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Account & Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
Managing new and existing client accounts.
Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Sales Target Achievements:
Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
