Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
- Manage inventory planning
- Inspect and ensure incoming / outgoing physical stock against shipping documents accuracy
- Maintain and update the inventory report
- Monitors, track and maintain system and warehouse stock level, coordinate with procurement on fast moving items and replenishment
- Monitor the short shelf life and aging stocks (slow moving), rectify stock issue
- Investigate discrepancies/issues and perform stock count
- Inventory reconciliation between in-house system and the physical
- Perform stock allocation and prepare stock adjustment and stock write-off /disposal form
- Conduct physical cycle count and stock take - monthly / yearly
- Monitoring and booking transfer stock from 3PL warehouse, maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Prepare the product label
- Summarize and filling the Goods return notes, stock count record, 3PL warehouse stock pallets transfer record.
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 days’ work week
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean / SPR
- a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
