Manager, FP&A
Our client seeks a professional to join the Group FP&A team, prepare forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for management purposes, along with measuring the Group’s performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly/quarterly forecast and budget preparation and analysis for Group reporting to Senior Management.
- Prepare forecast and budget presentations for senior management, highlighting key assumptions, trend analysis, and potential scenarios.
- Manage performance measurement reporting.
- Involve in functional optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on finance system upgrades/implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively both independently and within a team.
