Duration: Immediate - December 2024
Salary: $11-12/ hr

The working hours are as follows:-
Library Timing
Working Days: Weekdays - Work 2 – 3 weekdays per week from 5 pm – 9 pm
Saturdays - Work 3 – 4 Saturdays per month from 12 pm – 5 pm
Gym Timing
Working Days: Weekdays: 0800 - 1300, 1300 - 1800
Saturday : 0830 - 1300
(The department will plan out the temp staff roster once they are on board, will ensure gym duty roster wont clash with the library roster)
Job Description:
- Assist in the library and gym
- Attend to users' enquiries (walk-ins and phones) at the counter.
- Guide users on how to access library E-Services and E-Resources.
- Assist in retrieving of books and process for users to collect as well as books return at the smart lockers.
- Conduct regular checks on users in the library and to ensure they are authorised users.
- Monitor and inform users to keep noise level down to constantly maintain a conducive environment in the library.
- Help to shelf and organise books onto the shelves.
- Manning of Gym Counter
- Ensure appropriate attire of gym users is adhered to
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Min O/A Level or Diploma
- Good Customer Service Skills
- PC literacy is required (Eg MS word / Excel) basic functions
