Office Clerk

Role Description

The trainee will be facilitating the day-to-day activities of the programme sites. He/she will help in the planning and coordination of the activities for sites under his/her charge. In addition, the programme manager is required to manage the programme participants, i.e. pupils and their families.


The role requires an individual who is organised and detail oriented. Their ability to adapt to different situations/problems quickly will ensure the smooth conduct of the programme. Most importantly, they must uphold a strict code of conduct to perform effectively as a role-model/mentor for our pupils.


Specific Responsibilities

Trainee will be involved in:

  1. Plan and coordinate operations of the KidsExcel programme at the centres.
  2. Coordinate with the Academic and Sports departments to ensure the timely deployment and service quality of programme personnel (tutors & coaches).
  3. Plan and coordinate outreach to schools and parents.
  4. Maintain systems and procedures for effective communication with stakeholders such as parents and school personnel.
  5. Fulfill administrative responsibilities required for pupil management and tracking.
  6. Assist the programme manager to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
  7. Facilitate the development of positive team synergy.
  8. Build a positive relationship with the participants of the programme.

Competencies

  1. Understand the learning needs of programme participants and other stakeholders.
  2. Schedule manpower and resources required for programme operations.
  3. Plan and execute programmes according to development objectives listed.
  4. Maintain effective communications with stakeholders.
  5. Fulfil administrative requirements necessary for the tracking and management of pupils.
