Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute and supervise the setting up of the Dormitory including tenancy and leasing agreements
· Lead and manage a team of staff and responsible for day to day operations of the Dormitory, setting up the necessary SOPs for effective and efficient execution.
· Manage the reports on performance and operation of dormitory, projects, facilities, system and equipment.
· Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments to effectively manage processes associated with the operation and maintenance of the Company’s facilities
· Liaison with and maintain good rapport with government agencies, such as Police, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Ministry of Manpower, BCA, etc to implement the necessary works to comply.
· Oversee the general well-being of the residents (foreign workers) in the Dormitory, such as cleaning, fire and security matters
· Oversee routine audit maintenance inspection and follow up with contractors or technicians for all building related matters
· Prepare regular reports on operation status update to the management and authorities.
· Reviewing departmental budget and managing cost.
· Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
· Proficient in the FEDA licencing requirements.
Requirements:
· Min 3 years’ experience in managing dormitory housing at least 1500 pax, and operations, overseeing security or facility management related field
· Possesses good leadership and supervisory skill
· Familiar with Building Maintenance and conversant in FEDA regulations
· Strong planning and organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities and work independently
· A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
