Duties & Responsibilities:
· M&E upkeep
· Maintain spa equipment, pump room, sauna/steam room and other heat pumps
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
· Maintain low downtime for all equipment and facilities
· Repair/contact contractors in event of breakdown
· Liaise externally with contractors, service providers and statutory authorities when necessary
· Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
· Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by management
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of Basic M&E experience
· Able to manage and maintain electronic control panels
· Experience with plumbing would be ideal
· Willing to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
· Able to work independently and in a team
· Able to start work immediately will be advantage
