Job Description:
SFDC Organizational Change
Atleast 10+ years of exp in the Industry with solid 3+ years of Relevant experience in Organizational change management for Salesforce process(Sales and Marketing) transformation programs.
Experience on stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness, Change planning, Change readiness, Organizational Transformation, Stakeholder engagement, Training & Development, Risk management & Aglie methodology etc.
Shall deal with the overall impact of the change on the organization as a whole which includes aligning systems, processes, and cultures to facilitate successful SFDC implementation.
Due to nature of the project which involves regional multi rollout and requires interacting with mandarin and cantonese speaking business users, would require both English, Mandarin & Cantonese speaking resource only.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
