Role Overview:
As an SEO Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to client success. Your expertise in SEO and client management will contribute to the growth and retention of our client portfolio through superior service and strategic insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings and analytics, and generate reports to inform and refine SEO strategies.
Ensure smooth operational flow by managing login details, setting up goals and reports, and overseeing quality assurance across content and technical audits. - Attend campaign briefs with clients to better understand their business and their marketing goals.
- Provide valuable SEO insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
- Day-to-day monitoring of campaign results and optimisations to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, making timely recommendations when required.
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver excellent services and output for the clients.
- Review and liaise initiatives to improve clients’ digital campaign performance.
- Generate campaign reports to provide clients with a better understanding of their marketing campaign performance.
Job Requirements:
- You have at least 1-2 years of working experience.
- You possess a good to excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and technicalities.
- You have a good understanding and knowledge of technical SEO.
- You know how to leverage keyword research and data mining tools effectively.
- You consider yourself a proficient writer and communicator.
- You are a detail-oriented individual with a love for problem-solving.
- You rely on your interpersonal skills to help you meet and gel with new individuals.
- You are able to think with the client’s needs in mind and deliver innovative and effective solutions according to their requirements.
- You thrive on multi-tasking and find adrenaline from working on multiple accounts including daily data analysis.
