- Maintain project team accomplishments by communicating essential information, coordinating actions, reviewing open issues and actions items, contributing knowledge to team meetings and report, escalating project completion impediments.
- Co-ordinating and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
- Ensure that installation is carried out as per drawings.
- To Monitor the work progress and quality performed by workers to ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadline.
Day to day management site, including supervising and monitoring and co-ordinating on site.
Compiles with codes and regulation by complying with requirements, preparing permit applications, plans and compliance. - Familiar with structural works.
