Helps company get their product into the consumers' hands in a timely manner. Their responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of a company's supply chain, from preparation to transportation to delivery.
Job Description
· Generate Delivery Order.
· Prepare Picking Location/Delivery report.
· Update + send out Delivery report. Conduct 100% cycle count daily and issue report.
· Relocation of stocks/Counting low stock balance.
· Check/Pick/Verify/Record for outgoing drums/ETD.
· Check/Match Return D/O And pass to CS/Accounts.
· Creating Stock Assembly In Auto Count.
· Monitor/Discard returned,reject/downgraded drums
· Assist Planner in planning production schedule in his/her absence.
· Prepare Tapseal daily (Prior to Drums’s delivery wrt customer’s requirement).
· Update customer(s) on drums delivery status.
· Report to Production Planner immediately when abnormality is found at work.
Requirement
- Excellent communication, customer-focus, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Training shall be provided.
- Minimum O level qualification
- Min 2 years’ experience in logistics/ supply chain operations will be advantageous
- Able to perform competently with Minimal or no supervision
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Familiar with Singapore route
