RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing standard legal and corporate secretarial documents
Taking part in negotiations / mediations
Reviewing contracts
Handling disputes
Maintaining a database of legal and corporate secretarial documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Law (Degree in Law not required, but will be a bonus)
No prior experience necessary, on-the-job training will be provided (experience working in the legal industry will be a bonus)
