RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing standard legal and corporate agreements
Taking part in negotiations / mediation with various agencies
Reviewing contract
Resolving dispute with customers
Maintaining a database of legal and corporate secretarial document
REQUIREMENTS:
Academic qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Law (Degree in Law)
2 years experience
