Key Responsibilities:
1.Technology Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation initiatives leveraging financial technology to enhance our products and services.
2.IT Infrastructure and Operations:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of robust IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services, optimizing costs while ensuring performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
3.Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruptions.
4.Vendor Management and Budgeting:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Deep understanding of financial technology and smart contracts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
