Mission

To accurately diagnose and properly repair machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability while providing comprehensive training to customers on how to operate the machines effectively.

Outcomes

  1. Accurate Diagnosis and Repair: Efficiently diagnose and repair machines to ensure they are returned to optimal performance, reducing downtime and increasing customer satisfaction.
  2. Inspection and Verification: Thoroughly inspect and verify all incoming machines or tools (new/ repaired) to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  3. Customer Training: Successfully conduct product training sessions for customers, ensuring they are proficient in operating and maintaining the machines.
  4. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving product-related issues and enhancing their overall experience.
  5. Warehouse Efficiency: Contribute to efficient warehouse operations by assisting in packing, issuing goods, and maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure all service and repair activities meet the company’s quality standards, which will reduce repeat issues and warranty claims.
  7. Goods Delivery Management: Efficiently manage the delivery of machines and other goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Competencies

  1. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge and skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machines and equipment, particularly in the fields of Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to accurately diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to conduct training and offer technical advice clearly and effectively.
  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in inspecting, checking, and verifying incoming machines or tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  5. Team Collaboration: Works well within a team, displays a positive attitude, and contributes to a collaborative work environment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office: Competent in using MS Office programs for reporting and documentation purposes.
  7. Driving License: Possessing a Class 2/3/4 driving license is an added advantage for mobility and efficiency in service delivery.
