The Regional Manager, Enterprise Account Operations is responsible for the development, operations, and profitability of all physical security services within this assigned Security Solutions account. This position coordinates the day-to-day administration and specialized reporting functions to ensure quality customer relations, creates reports that are generated, analyzed, and provided as needed per client contracts and company policies, and communicates with client representatives and field offices regularly to facilitate these activities.
Job Responsibilities:
I. Provide leadership to Regional Security Operations Managers (Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore) in the development of beneficial client relationships, ensure post orders & all relevant training programs are updated regularly, review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety, establish actionable processes to accurately forecast staffing growth needs and assist the Operations Managers with all locally required reporting
II. Drive the implementation of standard security operations at each client site, and ensure compliance through quarterly visits
III. Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance
IV. Project management; through collaborative efforts with the customer and local G4S teams deliver program improvements, identify efficiencies, seamlessly implement organizational staffing changes
V. Work closely with clients and other suppliers to ensure consistent and coordinated service delivery at all locations
VI. Responsibility for the oversight of Key Performance Indicators designed to meet contractual expectations including financial management and forecasts, hiring metrics, and staffing compliance as well as the production and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews
VII. Development of beneficial customer relationships at all levels of the organization
VIII. Support the overall invoicing process with specific emphasis on billing accuracy
IX. Creation and subsequent amendments to contract statement of services
X. Oversight of employee recognition programs across the client portfolio
BASIC REQUIREMENTS A CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO BE HIRED
Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
● Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
● Combination of ten (10) years corporate security-related project/key account management and contract security-related project/key account management experience in a multi-location environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
● Prior experience managing customer relations and contract compliance with a large national or regional client base
● Work history to include demonstrated ability to organize and manage the process required to maintain compliance for licensing and training functions
● Must have experience effectively building, coaching and leading a team in a customer service-focused environment
Travel: 30% travel per year
