Project Description and Components: This project aims to manage all product sales and operations within the region, focusing on achieving revenue, profitability, cash, and quality targets. The role involves developing long-term strategic sales, marketing, and business development plans to drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and direct the annual operating and tactical plans and annual operating budget to meet business goals.
  • Business Development: Pursue and develop new business opportunities within the framework of the plans and annual operating budget.
  • Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations by directing and motivating staff to successfully perform and deliver results that contribute to business objectives and goals.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Take accountability and leadership responsibility for employees, including staff development, upholding morale, providing orientation, setting work objectives, and enforcing discipline.

Deliverables:

  • Recruit and manage all staff in compliance with the host country's laws and practices and business plans.
  • Develop and administer policies and procedures in areas such as office management, work processes, procurement, asset management and maintenance, employee relations, and other related areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and statutory requirements of the business.
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial records, monitor annual budgets, and submit regular financial reports to the parent company.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in maintaining compliance with legal, contractual, and statutory requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
