Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient and seamless warehouse processes.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff by assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and report on warehouse performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and other warehouse documentation.
- Assist in creating reports and presentation slides for new business initiatives and internal reviews.
Customer Service:
- Act as the main contact for internal and external customers regarding warehouse operations.
- Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems is a plus.
