Sales Coordinator

Dou Yee Enterprises (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Support department administration activities
  • Answer customers’ enquiries, attend customer's complaint and fulfil customers’ orders in a professional
    manner
  • Input daily orders accurately into system, liaise with respective sales person for quotation
  • Check inventory and do shipment plan for certain consignment warehouse and make sure shipment to move smoothly on time, fulfill customer requirement
  • Monitor projects and orders and ensure that there is zero error
  • Respond to customers’ complaints courteously and swiftly

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Display effective interpersonal and communication skills to foster both internal and external customers’ relationship
