Responsibilities:
- Support department administration activities
- Answer customers’ enquiries, attend customer's complaint and fulfil customers’ orders in a professional
manner - Input daily orders accurately into system, liaise with respective sales person for quotation
- Check inventory and do shipment plan for certain consignment warehouse and make sure shipment to move smoothly on time, fulfill customer requirement
- Monitor projects and orders and ensure that there is zero error
- Respond to customers’ complaints courteously and swiftly
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Display effective interpersonal and communication skills to foster both internal and external customers’ relationship
