- Chip Back-End Design: Responsible for the back-end design of digital chips, including timing optimization, placement and routing, and clock tree design to ensure the chip meets design specifications and performance requirements.
- Physical Design: Perform physical design of chips, including library component selection, layout design, clock tree synthesis, and signal integrity to ensure the chip meets performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
- Timing Convergence: Responsible for timing convergence, ensuring that the chip design meets timing constraints and performance metrics through simulation and analysis while maintaining electrical stability.
- Power Optimization: Conduct power analysis and optimization, taking effective measures to reduce chip power consumption and improve energy efficiency.
- Placement and Routing Optimization: Optimize the chip's placement and routing to ensure electrical performance, timing, and power.
- Design Process Improvement: Participate in the improvement and optimization of the chip design process to enhance design efficiency and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with front-end design engineers, verification engineers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and integration.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to other team members, solve design and implementation issues, and ensure project progress and quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.
- Experience: Experience in chip back-end design and familiarity with the digital chip design process.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in physical design tools and processes, with strong timing optimization and placement and routing capabilities.
- Familiarity with EDA Tools: Familiar with mainstream EDA tools such as DC, PT, ICC, Calibre, etc.
- Communication Skills: Good team collaboration and communication skills, able to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems, with a strong interest in technical challenges and a passion for problem-solving.
- Innovative Thinking: Innovative thinking with the ability to introduce new technologies and methods into designs to continuously improve design standards.
- English Proficiency: Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand and write technical documents, and effectively communicate with international teams.
